ARE THE SLUMBER BAGS MACHINE WASHABLE?
If a specific style has beads across the front of the bag, we recommend dry cleaning. All other slumber
bags may be washed on the gentle cycle and put in the dryer on tumble low.
DO THE PILLOWS HAVE A ZIPPER CLOSURE AND ARE THEY MACHINE WASHABLE?
The pillows do NOT have a zipper closure; but YES, the pillows are machine washable.
DO THE SLUMBER BAGS CLOSE WITH A ZIPPER?
Yes. The zipper extends down the side and across the bottom of the slumber bag so it opens FLAT like a
cozy comforter cover!
HOW DO I CARRY THE SLUMBER BAG OR STORE IT?
All of the slumber bags have two long straps at the bottom of the bag, with velcro ends. A child simply rolls
up the sleeping bag, wraps the straps around the bag and secures with velcro.
IS THE PILLOW ATTACHED TO THE BAG?
No. The 12 x 24 pillow is separate from the bag, so it can be taken in the car, on a trip, or anywhere
without the slumber bag!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
When an item is in stock and your order is placed by 12 noon EST., we will ship your order within 48 hours.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER BY FOR OVERNIGHT UPS DELIVERY?
Cricketzzz must receive your order by 12 noon EST for overnight delivery. (see below for more information regarding
overnight and 2nd day air deliveries.)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND HOW DO I GET A SHIPPING QUOTE?
Yes, Cricketzzz can ship internationally. Just email us at admin@Cricketzzz.com for a quote. We have shipped them all
over the world; Canada, Europe, Malaysia to name a few.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE SLEEPING BAGS MADE OF?
The inside fabric in ALL the slumber bags is made from ultra plush polyester. The outside material of the
slumber bags varies by style: plush polyester, duck cotton, or cotton sheeting.
HOW THICK IS THE POLY FILL (BATTING) USED INSIDE THE SLUMBER BAG?
Our slumber bags have a comfortable 8 oz. poly fill batting.
ARE ALL OF THE SLUMBER BAGS THE SAME SIZE?
Yes. They are made for a child to grow with almost 6 feet in total length and about 29" wide. The body of our bag
is about 55" and the back extends up an extra 15" and the child places their pillow on this area. Our bag is designed
for the average weight child and for kids up to about 5'4" in height. * The Lilyzzz design is about 2" narrower than
all the other styles, due to the exterior fabric width.
ARE THE SLUMBER BAGS FOR DOLLS IDENTICAL TO THE BIG SLUMBER BAGS?
With the exception of no straps and no zipper, the doll sized slumber bags are identical in fabrics and design.

RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You would receive your order on the following Monday. If you need to receive it in on Saturday - you need to
write in the comments box SATURDAY DELIVERY requested. Additional UPS charges will apply for a
Saturday delivery and will be added to your order.
IF I PLACE MY ORDER ON A THURSDAY AND REQUEST 2nd DAY AIR SHIPPING, WHEN I WILL
RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You would receive your order on the following Monday. If you need to receive it in on Saturday - you need to write
in the comments box SATURDAY DELIVERY requested. Additional UPS charges will apply for a Saturday
delivery and will be added to your order
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Cricketzzz purchase, you may return your unused product in its
original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping costs. We will initiate a UPS return
label and send that to you via email.
If there is a manufacturer's defect, call/email for a UPS Return Authorization label within 14 days. We will pay to return
it and pay to ship out a replacement ASAP.
If you change your mind and decide you want to make an exchange for another style, you may do so within 14 days. Just
return your UNUSED sleeping bag via an insured carrier. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return it and for the
shipping costs to send out the replacement.
